Returns Policy
Request a Return – Tessadora
Returning Your Order:
To begin a return, please email our support team at support@tessadora.com.
We’ll guide you through the process with all the necessary return instructions.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on custom-made items or solid gold pieces, as these are crafted to order and cannot be resold.
- For hygiene reasons, all earring and grill sales are final.
- You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to request a return. After this period, returns will no longer be eligible in our system.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is not covered by Tessadora, unless you received the wrong item or a faulty product — in which case we will reimburse your postage fee.
Please ensure that you:
- Include tracking and proof of weight when shipping your return.
- Return items in their original condition and packaging.
- Watches must have all protective films intact to be accepted.
Buy One Get One Free Policy:
For orders under our Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) promotion, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
If only one item is returned, we reserve the right to reject the return.
We do not accept returns on BOGO orders involving earrings.
Tessadora Lifetime Guarantee:
All Tessadora pieces come with our Lifetime Guarantee, which includes a one-time replacement if your item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty clasps, bails, or loose stones).
Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover:
- Intentional damage
- Water damage
- General wear and tear (e.g., fading over time)
We can only replace items with the same model. If your piece is no longer available, we’ll offer you a Tessadora gift card equal to the original purchase amount.
