Duties & Taxes
- UK : All duties and taxes are paid by Tessadora. You won’t be charged extra at delivery.
- All Other Countries: Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes upon arrival into their country.
Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces require 4–8 weeks for crafting and delivery. This ensures every item passes our rigorous quality checks and qualifies for our Lifetime Guarantee.
Failed Delivery
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel:
- It will be returned to Tessadora at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping charges and any customs/duty fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ but Item Not Received
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Tessadora does not issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered.
- Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible.

Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- UK: Contact us if it’s been more than 3 working days past the estimated delivery date.
- International: Contact us if it’s been more than 10 working days past the estimated delivery date.
We can check delivery attempts, tracking, or assist with opening a claim if your parcel is lost.
